Installing pressure & temperature sensors allows for accurate measurement of the extrusion process parameters. Using the collected data can automate the processing of plastic control thereby reducing the error threshold. This improves the quality of the final product. It also allows to prevent overloading or damaging the extruder, and parts and peripheral devices.
